值得推薦的房子 價格合理 尤其是位置 下樓直接逛坡子街 後面就是解放西 離地鐵站80多米 特別設施齊全 日常一次性用品有很多 是免費的 乾淨衞生 房東小姐姐裝修搭配很用心

。位置：房間就在坡子街邊，走路一分鐘即到。到湘江邊走走700米就到了。太方便了。對帶長者小孩出遊的家庭非常友好。走到江邊還有一家最大的超級文和友
裝修：房間裝修很新，侘寂風的裝修讓人特別放鬆，保養的很好，牆面沒有任何污漬。簡潔明快景觀：窗台看出去就是熱鬧的街市，夜景真的好好看，能看到國金中心近在眼前。總之非常推薦。來長沙旅遊的不二之選。

房間的地理位置特別好，附近有很多各種各樣好吃好喝好玩好逛的地方（茶顏悦色一大堆）。離坡子街派出所超級近，輕輕鬆鬆打卡。距離地鐵站也近，走路一分鐘。一梯四户，電梯也挺快。房間的設計和佈置挺温馨的，也非常乾淨整潔，面積夠大夠寬敞，感覺最多甚至能住6個人都不會擠的樣子….3-4個人住可能最合適吧，可以住得很舒適很爽。房間在15樓，大落地窗視野很好（可以隨時觀察到附近黑色經典的排隊情況哈哈哈），屋裡有張大桌子非常適合用來分享外賣，空調、熱水、Wi-Fi 都非常好用，各種日用品比如牙具洗髮水拖鞋雨傘等等都有貼心配備，床品和浴巾毛巾都是感覺很乾凈，有消毒，沒異味，可以放心用的那種。總之住的體驗是很好的，對於結伴去長沙吃吃玩玩幾天的朋友們來説非常適合，非常推薦！

The location is hard to find, it is not the exact location as written in the website, so we contacted the owner in the evening when we were going to check in. However I called through Trip.com the second times only pick up the call. We didn’t aware that we need to contact the owner one day in advance, they didn’t give us a remind on this. So our check-in process is very slow that night. It takes us two hours to contact, find hostel and check-in. They need us to pay for 300rmb as deposit. Overall the stay is okay, but there is no cups, plates or utensils.

👉🏻交通位置：黃興步行街附近，下樓就可以逛起來了，離地鐵也就步行幾分鐘，超級方便
👉🏻房間佈局：3個房間，1間是雙床房，剩下2間是雙人房，我們這次是家庭出遊，一家7口住進去完全夠用，而且朋友人多想一起住着也很推薦，客廳也足夠大
👉🏻衞生環境：整體很乾凈，而且牆體和廁所難得是我們看到民宿裏面完全沒有污漬的，推薦給衞生要求高的
👉🏻其他：這裏離很多景點都是10-30分鐘的距離，房間隔音好，體驗感也很好，樓下就是商場，買東西也方便，總之就是推薦啦～

真的非常滿意的一次民宿體驗。這家住的很舒服，房間佈局很精緻。設施齊全，衞生很乾凈。交通方便，離地鐵口很近走路3分鐘。步行街，桔子洲，太平老街，坡子街，火宮殿美食城等都在周圍，鬧中取靜的地方，值得推薦！

民宿很用心，風格顏值在線。一家子佳得都説特別好，小朋友也很喜歡，特別新奇。床上用品和洗護用品都是大牌，不是酒店那種不靠譜的，樓下吃喝玩樂一條龍，步行街這一塊有這樣一家民宿真好。房東小姐姐姐很熱情，推薦了很多本地人的餐館。很好的一次民宿體驗。
