從沒有住過這麼差的，這麼垃圾的酒店，比七天連鎖，路邊小賓館還差！！！
- 衞生極差！極差！極差！嚴重懷疑沒有更好換床單，被套！床上都是蟎蟲！小孩，大人都被咬的整晚睡不着！！！
- 晚上很差，隔音非常差，三更半夜樓道在吵鬧，打電話到前台也打不通！一大早也是吵吵吵，隔音真的非常差！根本沒人管！
- 一大早八點這樣停水！到十一點多還沒來水！！！設施真的差差差！
- 淋浴房的玻璃門搖搖欲墜！都快要掉了！
- 入住時水壺還有上一個客人煮的半壺水！
-再次強調，衞生極差！衞生極差！衞生極差！不管是衞生間，淋浴房，還是房間！嚴重懷疑酒店根本沒有一退一打掃！也沒有更換相應的用品！！！
嚴重建議攜程下架這麼垃圾的酒店！原本是想定附近的皇聖酒店，沒有親子房了，附近這樣這家垃圾酒店有，無奈衹要訂了這裏，結果被罵死了，晚上很晚到，更換酒店也是很麻煩，帶着三個小孩，被迫住下，最後釀成嚴重後果！大人小孩都沒睡好，大人白天還要開車，小孩晚上哭了幾次，被蟎蟲咬的！！！
最後，大家一定要避開！千萬不要入住此酒店！！！

房間和衞生間圖片與實際嚴重不符，建議整改，介紹裏寫2024年裝修，實際裏面裝修很破舊了，空調太舊，吵得一晚上沒有睡。

和朋友一起到長沙來耍的，非常滿意的住宿體驗!酒店位置極佳，晚上還能去附近的夜市品嚐各種小吃，來長沙第一時間必須先來一份臭豆腐😋，美味可口。而且，酒店離地鐵和火車站都很近，出行超級方便。從酒店出發到火車站衹需十幾分鍾車程，對於我們這種需要趕早班高鐵的旅客來説簡直是完美。房間很安靜，光線充足，視野開闊，絕對是下次再來的首選住處!前台小姐姐也是非常的熱情好客，對於我們外地來的客人非常貼心，介紹了長沙本地特色小吃和遊玩攻略，讓我們在有限的時間裏品嚐了好多美食也去了幾個網紅打卡地，每次進出大堂都很友好的和我們打招呼，讓人感覺非常親切，這次來的比較倉促，下次帶家人來長沙玩還會選擇這家酒店，性價比高，體驗感超值👍
