The front desk is very nice and the hotel is located in main street. Room is quite good and clean. I just stayed here for a night. If I have a chance to come back again for sure!

The room is superb. Clean. I always enjoy the breakfast without fail. The coffee is superb. That alone can start your day nicely. The kitchen work tirelessly with great smile to fill your tummy. So say big thank you when you finish your meal before you leave. To the manager... Please wait for my return.

The quilt cover was dirty and had hair on it. Did you tell the front desk that there was no breakfast? I didn't know until I went to have breakfast. The shower gel and tissue paper were all gone and they didn't replenish them. I was very grateful that the waiter helped me extend my check-in time to 14:00, but I told her that I needed to pack my luggage and check out at 14:30. You said yes, and you cut off the electricity at 14:10 without informing me. I have lived in hotels for so many years and this has never happened. Your service is really bad. I don't know why the 9th and 10th floor buttons were automatically pressed when I swiped my room card in the elevator. It was very inconvenient for me to go up and down the elevator.
