Hawthorn by Wyndham Changsha Furong

Arrived at the hotel to check in at 11pm. No one reminded that the room is next to the highway. There is renovation downstairs, which is very noisy. I booked a deluxe cloud view and a 270 bathtub. The experience was very bad! Not worth the price! Checked in at 11 o'clock. The bathroom in the room was wet, the slippers were wet, there were balls of paper at the door of the room, and I was woken up by the traffic on the first morning! Requested to change room, was woken up by loud noises from renovations the next day, called front desk but no one answered! The experience is very bad! Except for the toilet paper, there is no toilet paper near the bed or TV! The booking shows that the minibar is free to drink, but it's all empty. What can I drink? Two rooms for two nights cost 2000+ which is terrible! No service at all The hotel has four floors, 27, 28, 29, and 30. I knew that the downstairs was under renovation, but I was assigned a room on the 27th floor. It was very difficult to wait for the elevator!

General hygiene, not cleaned thoroughly (there are hair, foreign objects, stains, etc.)

The air conditioner was very noisy, the road next to it was also very noisy, and the room assigned to the elevator entrance was even noisier.
