為了這家酒店都可以去再來長沙的地步柏悦真的太優秀了吧！！設施：非常新所有的一切都很舒服裝修環境我都好喜歡，拍照超級出片環境：拍照的網紅有點多其他蠻好的環境很舒服早餐廳都很棒服務：要給五星好評的那種，提前有賓客服務加微信安排Carol絲幫我們早班機安排了早一點入住真的很nice了媽媽超滿意，早餐人很多但是服務一點也沒有拖沓真的太滿意總體都超級棒非常贊真的是五星的體驗好贊好贊超滿意

I had a truly wonderful stay at Park Hyatt Changsha. The room was incredibly comfortable, spotlessly clean, and impressively spacious — perfect for unwinding after a long day. The reception team was warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. But what truly stood out was the breakfast experience — absolutely phenomenal. It’s not just breakfast; it’s an elevated dining experience. The selection was both premium and extensive, offering a generous buffet spread along with an à la carte menu where every item was freshly prepared. The chefs were attentive, proactive, and genuinely caring — they made the morning feel personal and luxurious. Service across the board was top-notch. I must say it’s indeed pleasant stay! Hotel staff are warm and professional, rooms are very spacious and clean, and renovated in simple yet elegant style! The dining experience at the hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. We love the buffet breakfast ! The chef is a true culinary master, each course was a masterpiece—an exquisite harmony of flavors and textures. The service is superb, the room is nice, the swimming pool is awesome, the only minor thing needs to point out is need to change several elevators from the shopping mall to the hotel room, but overall the experience is fabulous
