房間真實裝修其實挺不錯的，但是《實物與圖片不符》！房間根本沒圖片上那麼大，還沙發呢，存在部分虛假宣傳，而且可能是在居民樓裏的原因，很吵很吵很吵

專門找的新開業的酒店，這個價格，這種環境，真是氣**了！！一晚上都沒睡着，房間一點都不隔音，半夜還有好多住户嬉笑怒罵，上下樓梯聲音大得無敵了。還有小孩兒哭的聲音。一進來就看到蟑螂，真的服氣了。桌子上還全是蟑螂屎……第一次在大學城住得這麼不開心，再也不會來了，避雷避雷避雷！

環境很好，衞生乾淨。但是。晚上真的很吵！和朋友兩個人幾乎一晚上沒睡！房間隔音非常不好，外面開密碼鎖的聲音聽的非常清楚！聲音很大！一晚上響了十幾二十次！房間另一邊是小區馬路，外面有點什麼聲響也聽的非常清楚，建議店家改一下密碼鎖聲音，真的很影響一樓的人休息

五一假期選的這家民宿位置優越交通便利，地鐵站出門幾分鐘就走到了。民宿設施齊全，房間乾淨整潔，環境很好，用房間裏面的投影儀看電影非常爽，住得很舒服。老闆和阿姨都很好，有什麼需求可以直接説，個人覺得性價比蠻高，很適合假期和朋友入住。

連續住了三天非常好住的一樓比較方便空間很大自助入住外面有門禁很安全離湖南美術館後湖藝術區很近溜達10來分鐘就到了老闆娘很熱情有什麼需要都及時解決還給延遲退了房間👍
