Awesome hotel, next to May Day Square, only 10 minutes walk. The front desk butlers are polite. The room is well designed. Xiaodu voice is convenient for lazy people to operate. We stayed for three nights. I chose it because of zero negative reviews. Most of the zero negative reviews should be given to the service. The front desk service is impeccable. In particular, Duoduo is very professional and capable. She can quickly think of a solution and properly handle the elevator maintenance. When she sees guests sitting in the lobby, she will enthusiastically bring tea. We started to book a twin room, but it was a bit cramped and we didn't rest well. After the response, Duoduo quickly changed to a more spacious king-size bed room. She also helped to wash clothes very considerately. If she hadn't had it, the experience would not have been so good! As for the hygiene of the room, I think the details are not done well, and there is still a gap with some well-done brand hotels. I put a few pictures for reference! When we checked out, Duoduo didn't seem to be on duty. She lost a tube of lipstick and didn't find it, nor did she handle it properly. The previous guests had souvenirs, and we had nothing. A little disappointed!

The previous check-in reviews are true to me~ On the morning of the check-in day, the hotel housekeeper took the initiative to contact me to confirm the specific check-in time. He learned that I needed to check in at 2 pm (because I had to deal with work in the afternoon and it was really inconvenient to wait outside), but the room type I booked could not be cleaned for the time being, so he took the initiative to upgrade my room type~ I was touched🥹 In addition, a welcome fruit plate was given upon check-in, which can also supplement vitamins when traveling outside, which is great! There was also a small episode in the middle. I ordered a coffee takeaway and asked the takeaway guy to put it next to the front desk. Then I went downstairs to get it more than ten minutes late, but the takeaway was actually taken away by someone else! ! ! (I really want to draw a circle and curse this person! 🤬) When the guy at the front desk found out about this, he went to help me check the surveillance and then took the initiative to say that the hotel was also responsible for this incident (but to be honest, it would be difficult for them to find out if someone else stole the takeaway... after all, they didn't know who ordered it), and took the initiative to help me order a cup of coffee and send it to the room. I was touched again🥹 I also want to praise the snacks that can be taken at the front desk, which are also great. There are even French fries with Cha Yan Yue Se! And the mint candy is also delicious. I even studied the brand and prepared to buy it myself🥹 Then the location is also great! The Furong Plaza subway station is very close to the hotel, and my boyfriend and I basically walk back and forth to IFS International Financial Center. It takes about 15 minutes to walk there~ There are many convenience stores and snack shops downstairs. When I first arrived, I had a meal downstairs~ Then there is the design of the hotel. You can see it directly in the picture haha, it is still very good~ The room size is also suitable, the bedding is also comfortable, the hair dryer is still Dyson, and various hair dryer heads are also placed in the box, which is super convenient~ Satisfied!

You can choose them at will and you can't finish reading them. Xiaodu in the room can operate various equipment, basically just move your mouth. The room facilities are all high-end, and even the hair dryer is a new Dyson. 📷The hotel has many photo-taking positions, and the spiral staircase in the lobby and the bookshelves in the room are all very good. 👤Service is a highlight. I also chose this hotel after reading the service in the online reviews. The housekeeper responded quickly and handled everything in a timely manner. Enthusiastic but not losing the sense of boundaries, this feeling is just right. 👒Surrounding attractions: I won’t say much about May Day Square. I have made a guide to Changsha. The city center, ifs, Pozi Street, Taiping Street, Xiangjiang River, and pedestrian street are all in one place. You can take the subway directly to Juzizhoutou. It is very close. It takes only 2 stops from May Day Square. After visiting Juzizhoutou, you can continue to take the subway to the next stop and walk to the foot of Yuelu Mountain. The Provincial Museum is also very close, but there is no subway entrance at the entrance of the Provincial Museum. If you take the subway, you need to walk a distance after getting off the subway. You can take a taxi from the hotel and arrive in about 15 minutes.

The hotel is very tasteful and suitable for young people. The hotel's hardware facilities are very advanced. The bathroom, toilet, bedding, and even the toothbrush are great... They are all very comfortable and suitable for filming. The three of us took photos for several hours and had a lot of fun.
