The staff always have a smile on their faces, and their eyes are full of enthusiasm and concern. They patiently answered every question, whether it was about nearby attractions or transportation suggestions, and gave detailed and practical answers. Check-in and check-out procedures are efficient and quick, without having to wait for a long time. Due to the tight schedule of this trip, I needed to leave early and missed the hotel's breakfast service time. When I mentioned this to the front desk, they had no hesitation in getting me breakfast. The next morning, when I received the breakfast, I was deeply moved. An exquisite bag contains fresh fruits, delicious pastries, nutritious yogurt and a bottle of mineral water. The fruits were carefully washed and cut, the pastries were sweet and delicious, and the yogurt tasted very good. These foods provided me with sufficient energy for the journey I was about to embark on. This hotel, with its clean rooms, thoughtful front desk service and warm-hearted measures to prepare early departure times for early guests, perfectly illustrates what high-quality hotel service is.
