To be honest, I rarely give bad reviews to hotels, but this hotel really gave me a speechless experience. I came to Changsha with my friends to travel. I looked at many hotels in the surrounding area and finally chose this chain hotel. I thought the service would be better. I enjoyed my stay. The environment would be more secure, but as soon as I entered the room, there was a musty smell. The bed was so hard that I was speechless. I went out for a late night snack and found that my room card had fallen off. I went to the front desk and found no one there. I called more than ten people. No one answered the phone. At this time, the weather in Changsha was so hot that people were sweating. We waited outside for more than an hour before a staff member came back from outside to deal with it for us. In the end, we spent 50 yuan to get a replacement room card. Entering the room, the quilt and pillow on the bed seemed not dry at night. It always felt wet when sleeping on it, which made sleeping very uncomfortable! The next day, I developed red spots due to allergies. The musty smell in the room made my throat feel itchy and I wanted to cough! There were only 2 bath towels in the toiletries, not even a towel. I thought the towels were disposable, but I searched all over and couldn't find any towels. I had to wait for them to dry naturally when I woke up in the morning. I had nothing to use on my face, so I asked their aunt. I was told that a towel for washing your face costs 15 yuan per towel. In other words, after you checked in and washed your face in the past, you were required to wipe your face with a tissue or your own clothes. After staying in so many hotels, this was the first time I encountered a towel for washing your face. It’s only given to you for a fee! This is still a chain hotel! Never had such a bad stay! I can't believe these so-called chain hotels anymore! The hotel chain doesn’t even have a washing machine. It’s so hot that I can’t even wash my clothes even if I’m sweating!

晚上到的，打開房間坐了一會看到窗簾上一衹大蟲子，弄下來踩死了，後來去洗刷，洗手枱那裡還有一坨頭髮，睡醒眼前都是會飛的一點點的小蟲子，然後去找前台換了房間，晚上回去發現打不開房門，天氣本來就熱，熱的我渾身都是汗，給前台聯繫來人她一打就開了，她説可以啊啥啥的，我説試了好多次就是不行你可以調監控，搞得我耍人玩似的，當時心情就很不好，她又試了幾次説是鎖沒電了換了鎖就好了，呵呵.但是第二天我又發現了一衹和之前一樣的大蟲子又被我打死了，第二次懶得沒拍照。最後一天又換了次房間，打掃完房間馬桶都不收拾乾淨都是臟水！

房間衞生衞生非常，房間挺大的，前台服務態度很好，性價比很不錯，經常來入住，有一種賓至如歸的感覺，值得推薦和五星好評
