The room is clean and cozy and the price if affordable. The style is modern, contemporary. With AI service integrated, it is very convenient. Particularly like the bathroom. Recommended to all travelers.

This is the best room we've stayed in during this trip-clean, spacious, and modern, with a smart voice control system. Robots handle room service and deliveries. The shower is excellent, with a steady water temperature. The service is outstanding, with attentive and friendly staff. The fresh brewed coffee at the front desk is delicious. The only downside is the lack of breakfast, but plenty of local breakfast options are nearby. There's also a Cai Niao station next door for Taobao pickups. Do note that the English name for the hotel is Jo Hotel.

This hotel’s service is exceptional. We got free coffee daily. To avoid the heat of Changsa, we used the hotel’s lobby for food delivery and eat at the long table over there. The staffs are young and super friendly and very supportive. Room decoration and facilities are modern and high tech. Highly recommend.
