Staffs were friendly and helpful, especially we have sent many parcels to the hotel before arriving. They even noticed we left something behind when we checked out, thumbs up to the Maqo team. The downside was we booked 3 rooms, and 2 had very strong smoking smell. Fortunately they changed rooms for us. We had a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Maqo Hotel. The hotel itself is very neat, with a modern, stylish interior that made everything feel fresh and comfortable. The service was outstanding — the staff spoke fluent English, making everything seamless from check-in to check-out. A special thanks to Jeremy, who was especially kind and upgraded us to a beautiful suite, which made our stay even more memorable. The team had a warm professionalism that really set them apart. Would definitely recommend Maqo Hotel and look forward to staying again!

It’s a very stylish hotel located in the CBD of Changsha . You can reach to the IFS mall by taking the elevator cos they are at the same building . Off the street you can find all sorts of local restaurant & shops.

We had a wonderful experience at Maqo Hotel for our stay! Friendly check in staff, rooms were gorgeous, design was chic and close proximity to shopping belt! Just 2 things to point out. The separate areas for WC, bathroom and wash basin was weird and they could have been more generous with the breakfast food since we were doing takeaway rather than dining-in, which we were entitled to 3 buffet pax.

Location: Walking about 10min from train station, good part is walking to most shopping street surrounding.
Fashion art design hotel, modern in room design but a bit funny having bar-top washing / brush teeth in front of bed.
Excellent staff service overall. Breakfast is rich.
Terrrible part is the room Air-conditioner is bad & weak + noisy which temperature is not cold as i am scare of hot person, they set the room AC to only 22-23 Deg which make the room so stuffy warm to me. As a 5*hotel they shouldn't set the room temperature which you not able to lower the room cold. Good part is after complain they bring in standing fan for me, as night time sleeping you wouldn't blow fan toward you still feel the room stuffy warm which i stay 2 night not in good sleep.
For those scare hot, do think about it. How fantasy design still cannot compare to comfort feeling stay.

Located at the city centre of changsha, direct access and interlink with IFS, and only 5mins walk to a few malls, walmart and the famous walking streets…
Lots of food nearby so f&b is not an issue, will never get hungry over there..
Cleanliness very good, can request to change few types of pillows..
Receptionist very helpful and lovely and pretty..
Hotel breakfast very delicious..
