Everything was good except that location is a bit off city and those main tourist attractions. It’s close to Mount Yuelu though.

Rooms are very spacious, quality of service are amazing ! Even the housekeepings are well trained! Best hotel I had experienced ever in Changsha, indeed will be visiting again !
Moreover mini bars are free of charge, all my needs are fulfilled , a great satisfaction I had through out this trip!

First of all, I would like to commend every colleague who has served me at this hotel. Each and every one of them has genuinely provided exceptional service to the customers, ensuring that I had three comfortable nights both physically and mentally.
Lastly, the hotel facilities were excellent. For future visits, I suggest providing bathtub liners. The location is actually very convenient, right by Exit 1 of Meixi Lake West Station on Line 2. As soon as you reach the surface, turn right (there is currently a construction site), and it's just a 3-minute walk. When you step out of the hotel on the ground floor and turn right, there is a FamilyMart convenience store across the street. Line 2 can take you to all the major attractions in the city center. It's perfect!

The hotel is in a very good location. You can enjoy the panoramic view of Meixi Lake through the floor-to-ceiling windows while lying on the bed. Indigo's unique design is very artistic, and the service is as comfortable as always.
