The whole family went on a National Day trip. We checked in the day before our return and came for the slide. It was as expected. The floor was high (living on the 42nd floor) and the room was quite big. There was Metro Line 6 downstairs. Disadvantages: The bath towels were all black. It's yellow and doesn't look clean. It needs to be improved.

I stayed on the 33rd floor. Overall, I am very satisfied. I would like to order again. The surrounding facilities are very convenient and comfortable. It would be better if pots and pans could be provided and the river view could be seen.

The room is quite clean and tidy. The room in the duplex building is really not that good. It is said to be a river view room, but you can't see the Xiangjiang River at all. There is no hot water kettle. There is a separate fee for parking. I really feel it is inappropriate.

The service is satisfactory, responsive and very timely. The price/performance ratio is very high. The location is excellent, with a lot of restaurants downstairs and large supermarkets around, making life very convenient. It is right at the subway entrance of Xiangya Hospital, and it is very convenient to go to the airport station and high-speed rail. Parking is very difficult, and parking is not free. You have to go to another building to find the front desk, which is not good anyway. I just hope Ctrip will stop recommending this kind of B&B to me. I would rather stay for 7 days than stay in a B&B.
