It's outrageous. I booked the best executive room. When I checked in, the front desk gave me three words: It's done. They didn't give me directions to the elevator or tell me the floor. This is nothing.
The air conditioner in the room is a decoration. I turned it on to 16 degrees Celsius and it had no effect at all. It was very hot at night.
The most disgusting thing is that the shower cap has been put back in after someone has used it! The cleaning should be based on the fact that the box containing the shower cap seems to have no trace of being dismantled, so it is not replaced with a new one. There is even water in the shower cap. Not only that, all the dental appliances, combs, boxes, and shells have been soaked in water. Soft
