入住409房和圖片不一樣，房間和攜程網的圖片不同沒有電視機！！洗澡洗頭熱水好久好久好久才能出熱的水，白天更加沒有熱水似的。礦泉水第二天沒有啦。

#酒店服務態度比較差 #衞生比較差 #隔音不好沒見過這麼爛的酒店，基礎設施爛就算了，前台更是一坨屎，微信掃碼交的按金，結果不自動退還，過了幾天才想起這個事結果前天踢皮球一口咬死給了我現金，我都快一年沒碰過現金了，打12315和長沙市長熱線都沒用，垃圾前天就是咬死給了現金，前一秒還説“要我這100塊有什麼用”，下一秒又哭着説“我這一天也不容易”，100塊就當給狗了，早日倒閉吧

服務態度差，客服各種理由推脱拒付按金，房間環境較差，牙刷刷兩秒鐘牙齒就刷出血了，果然是鄉里地方的旅館，還沒入住就讓我退掉**訂單線下定，名堂多，希望改進吧，不然衹有閉店的份了🤮🤮🤮🤮

來學校出差選擇這家酒店，酒店位置很便利，免費停車，免費給我升級了房間，我睡眠比較淺，前台小姐姐給我安排了一間隔音很好的房間，睡的很舒服，房間衞生也做得很細緻，服務也特別熱情，房間面積挺大的
