Our experience at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process to the outstanding service we received throughout our stay, everything was perfect.
A special thanks to Bella for seamlessly arranging our airport transfer, and to Nick, whose friendly demeanor and warm smile truly made our stay unforgettable. He went out of his way to introduce us to the best local attractions, adding a personal touch that made our trip even more memorable.
The entire staff was remarkably kind and accommodating, even allowing us to extend our check-out time to suit our late-night flight. This thoughtful gesture made a world of difference, ensuring our travel plans were stress-free and enjoyable.

Room was very good for price, best hotel in Xingsha. Housekeeping staff on floor 37 were very nice, kind and helpful. Staff at check in and lobby attendants were very professional.
