I have been staying at this hotel for 4-5 months now (for work) and it has been a very good experience.
The rooms are always very clean. The cleaning lady would come to clean every day.
The staff is always especially helpful. Thank you Anna for helping me so many time! :)

My order includes fruit. Maybe I arrived late and there is no fruit. It's OK. I don't need fruit. I didn't look carefully when I entered the room. The dust removal needs to be strengthened.

The room is very cozy. I brought my dog with me. It was very friendly. The extra 100 pet cleaning fee was worth it. The two-bedroom room cost 600 and the bed was very big. Checked into Citadines Changsha County on the 17th. It was a bit late. The customer service lady Jiang patiently introduced several rooms of different prices. She recommended a suitable room type according to our housing requirements and upgraded us to a suite. We were very satisfied and stayed for a few more days. The stay experience was super super good. First time staying with my family and baby. I felt good when I first entered the room. The next day, when I took a shower, I found a big cockroach 🪳. I jumped up instantly. It was in the bathroom.
