過來出差，這家酒店在機場附近幾年，但是非常安靜，不遠就是地鐵口，工作一天躺床上非常放鬆，房間也很舒服，洗漱用品都是很高級的，前台服務也很貼心，002服務特別周到，早餐品種也很多，有湖南特色的米粉，有24小時全自助自助洗衣房和健身房，非常滿意！

千萬別住，差到爆。以後不會再訂，少來長沙，轉機都不選這裏。
1、房間很臟，根本就沒打掃，有圖有真相。上一位留下的旺旺仙貝的包裝、食物殘渣都還有，桌上也有油漬。本來放沙發的地方擺了個摺疊床，沙發扔在走廊，房間對面就是布草間，這個房間不是鐘點房就是員工休息室。
2、服務很差，開在機場附近，便宜的房型不提供接送機服務，付費的都沒有，衹能自己打車。於是交通極其不便利，附近沒有地鐵，最近的磁浮車站也很遠。看了評論以為有送機才來的，結果是文字遊戲。前台虛偽禮貌的陰陽怪氣，"一百多的不可能配接送機？"北京機場附近一百多的都能接送機，宇宙中心大長沙要拽上天。
3、房間臨街很吵，樓下整個晚上有大貨車來來回回，停車倒車啥的，不戴耳塞根本沒法睡。
4、剛入住登記就在説升級房型給好評，所以知道那些個好評咋來的了吧。好評不一定是真的，但差評一定有理有據，請各位旅客擦亮雙眼。
轉個機湊合一晚懶得吵，要不是整個湖南酒店價格虛高，才不會為了省點錢選這個鳥不拉屎的酒店。住過此品牌別家酒店覺得還行才訂的這個，沒想到差別那麼大。一般差的忍忍拉倒，也不習慣評論，這個真是太氣人了。做酒店把衞生和服務做好就得了，整那些花裏胡哨的幹啥？大堂再漂亮，再配健身房有毛用，要體驗酒店的也不會選這裏，地段擺在那裡，就是個趕飛機轉機房，自己定位是啥都不知道，還**哄哄看不起住便宜房型的旅客。
