第一次點評 我覺得自己入住非常值得，首先剛訂完酒店前台就有工作人員聯繫很貼心詢問需不需提前安排好房間 空調需不需要提前打開，有被暖到，然後到了酒店辦理入住的時候 小姐姐還幫忙到了熱水，又很貼心的幫忙提行李， 看我定的是沒有好早餐的房間，還特意給我免費送了張早餐券，哇感動到我了～這麼好的服務真的這錢花的值了， 然後到了房間 也很驚訝啊，在長沙這麼偏的地方還有這麼美的風景，真的很難得，在房間能對看湖，真的很美，心情都很好，房間挺大的，還有浴缸，好多都是電動化的 非常方便，哦 最重要的是這個酒店真的有準備很多零食啊！！ 前台有免費可自取的糖果餅乾，沒想到房間也有！太棒了吧！ 然後早餐的話就是中規中矩的自助，也有特色的湖南米粉， 退房的時候前台工作人員也會主動打電話詢問需不需要發票等等， 這趟行程我覺得前台所有工作人員態度都非常的棒！體驗感很強！ 非常推薦！

酒店怪好的，前台小姐姐也怪漂亮的， 前台大堂有免費零食 房間也有送 老闆怪大方的 房間有智能馬桶 好感加N 面朝松雅湖 簡直愛慘 因為沒有開票 前台小姐姐還特意打電話問我需不需要開票 太暖心了 下次帶家人來

覺得離松雅湖近一點，就選擇了這個酒店。安排了1110房間，持續有很大的機械的聲音，根本不能住。半夜12點聯繫前台，過了好久才回復我説是旁邊電梯機房的聲音，讓我換到了6樓的一個房間。這樣的房間根本不能住人，電梯是持續響的，為什麼還要安排我住那個房間呢？？
地毯不乾淨，各種設施的細節做的都很差。再也不會住了。

第一，入住當天長沙最高温度30度，中央空調都沒開，找她要風扇都沒有
第二點，我大大小小酒店都住過，酒店沒有涼拖那是第一次碰見，打電話問前台，跟我説涼拖不乾淨？涼拖不會消毒的嗎？
第三點，性價比極低，我訂的355的房間，不含早餐？地毯非常臟，空間非常小，設備老化
還不如住別的地方，星沙性價比高的酒店多的很，聽勸別來

第一次來長沙出差，第一次選擇這個酒店， 之前對長沙的認知就感覺很火辣， 果然跟我想象中的很像，到酒店辦理入住的時候已經是晚上了， 前台的小姐姐們都很温柔（主要是長得漂亮）。服務態度很好，給送了早餐票，有什麼需求也會耐心講解， 還告知了周邊有些好玩的地方， 第二天早上起床吃的早餐還可以。稍微簡單了些跟這個價格有所差距，但是吃到了心中念想的米粉， 哦特別説下因為晚上到比較晚窗外看不到風景，但是早上起來驚呆了我，也太美了吧，對面是個湖（後面問了前台小姐姐才知道是比較火的松雅湖，之前在小紅上看到過，還説去長沙一定要打卡，沒想到誤打誤撞碰倒了 也太開心啦）。下次希望有機會還能來長沙，果然是網紅城市名不虛傳。 值得推薦

間視野非常好，清早起床眼前就是一汪湖水。 交通很方便，可以免費停車，還送了免費早餐，雖然沒起來吃。 硬件還可以，4星左右的水平，滿足需要。電梯不好坐，有點慢 ，另外浴缸挺大， 瑕不掩瑜，性價比這麼高的酒店會推薦親友來住的。
