離湖南廣電很近，停車方便，房間乾淨床品舒適，沒有一點異味、洗衣房健身房連在一起，可以一邊健身一邊洗衣烘乾。工作人員態度特別好。以後還會來這一家～

來長沙看演出，酒店離七彩盒子很近。
酒店環境很好，工作人員都很親切
點外賣都有機器人送上來，打掃阿姨工作也很仔細。退房電腦不小心落在酒店了，前台積極處理，第一時間打電話給我了，特別特別感謝。

地理位置還不錯，距離湖南國際會展中心比較近，有自己的停車場。周邊點外賣也很方便快捷，唯一美中不足的是隔音真的很差，半夜連地面停車場進出車都能聽得很清楚！

本來想給個差評的，後面想了一下有些優點但是缺點也很明顯，先説優點
1:離我老公單位近，打車比較方便
2:搞衞生的阿姨非常耐心，很滿意，就是洗衣房弄丟了我的口罩，但是也算了太小了，洗衣房的阿姨也很負責，給我東西送來的很及時。
3:女前台服務態度都很好，特別是有永州和瀏陽的那兩位女前台，男前台的態度真是太差了，看到顧客問也不愛搭理，住過服務最差的華住會全季，客人走了水都不給遞一瓶。還有打電話給前台，問有沒有加濕器香薰，前台完全是對這個完全不熟悉，還不如打掃衞生的阿姨熟悉酒店設施，問前台有沒有，態度非常不耐煩，和同事抱怨哪裡有香薰的事，我在座機這邊聽的一清二楚，真的挺無語的
4:水温很低，完全不熱，房間也不亮，真的第一次住服務那麼差的全季，價格和廣州也差不多了，服務和廣州差太多
我對這個酒店，非常的失望，我在北京廣州住了那麼多華住會，終於在長沙住到了服務最差的一家
