Weather was cold. The staff mannigg by entrance door are all excellent, reception mostly good too ( depending on timing )
Good pickup 5 star for the friendly elderly gentleman.
Con - smoking rampant by other guests even on non smoking Floors . Some even hold cigarette in the elevator despite numerous no smoking signs everywhere.
Very lax and weak on enforcing by staff against guests who flout blatantly

Very spacious and comfortable. High quality bedding and very clean. Location is not too far from city center and staff are very helpful and friendly.

The housekeeper Zeng Zeng was very gentle and provided valuable advice for our trip. The breakfast was very rich, comparable to the breakfast at Suzhou Marriott. If you have requirements for breakfast, I recommend this hotel.
