酒店房間打掃的很乾凈 服務態度前台小姐姐也很好，酒店周邊的設施也挺齊全的有商場 地鐵 公交站很方便出行 整體來説都挺滿意的推薦

酒店整體都住的特別的滿意，回到家想起退房的時候小姐姐説想讓我們幫她點個服務質量五星好評，發至內心的真實想法！第一酒店服務人員易美玲小姐姐服務態度超級好，進門辦理會細心告訴我們小心大廳會滑因為當時酒店的阿姨在打掃衞生真的有被暖心到，第二開房的時候還詢問我們房間要靠近電梯還是遠離電梯的房間。第三行李拿不下小姐姐還會主動幫忙、其次就是酒店衞生真的非常乾淨，客房大姐打掃衞生的時候非常細緻，就連角落的衞生死角都清理的乾乾淨淨，酒店隔音也還是不錯吧！反正基本上我住的房間聽不得任何雜音、酒店設施就更不用説了，非常棒！

我們訂的親子房，兩個小房間還不錯，到的時候請前台小姐姐幫忙安排安靜的房間，小姐姐們也都很熱情，連續住了三個晚上，走的時候還每人送了一瓶飲料，體驗感覺還挺好。

車馬慢酒店環境很好，室內很乾凈，前台小易也隨時回覆消息，有需求直接安排！服務很到位，位置也不錯，在星沙，距離市中心和一些景點也不遠，坐地鐵很方便，他家是新開不久的酒店，裝修和設備都很新，強烈推薦！

酒店很方便 出門右手邊馬路上就有公交站吃飯也很方便有很多地地道道的長沙美食特別好吃 房間新裝修的設施設備特別新 很好用 房間的洗髮水沐浴露很好聞好喜歡都想在酒店買幾瓶回去哈哈哈 大家可以來體驗一下房價不貴性價比很高推薦

去跨年的，訂的浴缸房，2點鐘才能入住，我們玩了一天3點多到的酒店前台，想到了酒店開開心心泡個澡，結果到了酒店，前台跟我們説平台系統出錯，沒有浴缸房了，被其他客人訂了？？？我就是很不理解為什麼會出現這種錯誤，那以後我訂了房，結果別人先入住滿了，那告訴我別人先來到了住滿了，那我去哪住？睡大廳？本來開開心心的旅遊給這件事搞的一點心情都沒有了，本來到店就累，後來到那裡搞的磨磨蹭蹭，説給我們換一個影音房，會給我們申請紅包補償，現在也沒見有什麼説法，可能客人就是看重這點補償的小心意，然後又要我們在大廳等，等了一會，後面説還要20分鐘。後面給了個套房給我們暫時歇歇，這一點服務意識還是可以，後面正式入駐的升級的房型是套房，房牆面也有一堆黏黏的東西，花灑頭也扣不住，還能過得去吧總的來説如果不是衹衝著浴缸房來的，浴缸房你們家就兩間也不好好看看，太難受了，會出現這種問題，第一次碰到，不是，別人也購買了，客房餘量出錯，入住的時候你們也要看一下誰先買的啊，不能説我晚來一會你就把我老早就訂的房間給別人啊，挺生氣的，也挺無語，要是其他沒素質的客人早就吵起來了，你想想玩了一天又累想着舒舒服服入駐休息一下早就訂好的房結果沒有房又要在那等，你自己想想什麼心情了
