brilliant hotel. Thanks to Zhengxiao, Xiaohongmei at the breakfast restaurant and Selina at the front desk for providing me such a wonderful stay in changsha overall. However, I was surprised to learn that even suite bookings at your property don't include executive lounge access without IHG One Rewards status. This differs from many luxury hotels where suite accommodations typically include lounge privileges regardless of membership status. Additionally, my key card was deactivated unexpectedly during my stay, which also makes me feel confused.

This hotel is so convenient , has a shuttle from the airport , very clean and comfortable , delicious breakfast buffet , its amazing how quiet it is being next to the airport , I have stayed here about five times

Hotel response to internet calls through trip.com was always prompt, and it helped us to reach hotel promptly through airport transfer.
The room was comfortable and quite spacious, with ai assistant controls.
Hotel staff were informative and helped us with Changsha train station info.

Booked last minute while waiting for our flight and the staff was quick to organise a room.
The food for the breakfast was good with a lot of options.
