I had an excellent experience at the hotel thanks to their super friendly front desk. Despite my limited Chinese speaking ability, they were very patient and accommodating. The room was beautifully decorated and had a cozy ambiance that made me feel at home. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, with super soft linens that ensured a restful night's sleep. Overall, I was impressed with the high level of attention to detail and customer service provided by the hotel staff.

The hotel is quite good overall. The service at the front desk is very good. Although it is an old hotel, the facilities are well maintained. However, the hygiene is not very good. I found such obvious cigarette ash on the window sill of the non-smoking room and water stains on the sink. It is also obvious that there are only two elevators, which is a bit inconvenient. I feel that it does not meet the S threshold of Atour.

Every time I bring my children to Xiangya, I live here. Although the facilities are not very new, the conditions are very comfortable and it is very close to the hospital. Special mention is the little brother Zhang Xiangyue at the front desk. Seeing that we are two big and two small, he immediately upgraded to a room with a 1.2-meter bed for free. He was 100% smiling, 100% service, and heart-warming~

Hotel location is around 30min walk to the Orange island and Huangxing Road. Room is spacious and bed is very comfortable. It is also clean and hotel staff are friendly. I want to book to this hotel again when I will go back to Changsha.

The best part about this hotel is the location near train station. However, its very very long walk from line 2 despite being 50 meters from the exit. Staff wasnt friendly and also let us have only 1 hotel card which is annoying when 2 people in the room dont necessarily go at the same time. Room quite small (and expensive for price) and not so clean. There was dead crockcroach in the room and bed sheet look like it was not laundryed. Room also a bit old (not sure seem dirty because old or actually dirty)
