I recently had the pleasure of staying at Muyi Hotel, and I cannot commend the establishment enough for its exceptional service, particularly from one remarkable individual: Miss Mini Jian at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, Miss Jian greeted me with a warm smile and a genuine, welcoming attitude that instantly made me feel at home. Her professionalism was evident as she efficiently handled my check-in process while ensuring that all my questions were answered. She went above and beyond to provide personalized recommendations for local attractions and dining options that truly enhanced my stay. What stood out the most was her attentiveness and willingness to assist. During my stay, I encountered a minor issue, and Miss Jian addressed it promptly and with such a positive demeanor that it transformed a potentially stressful situation into a seamless experience. Her proactive approach and problem-solving ability are commendable and reflect the high standards of service that Muyi Hotel represents. Miss Mini Jian embodies the spirit of hospitality, and her dedication to making guests feel valued and appreciated did not go unnoticed. CSS was a pretty decent hotel. It is outside of the main tourist areas, so it was quiet, but it is still pretty convenient. There are a few nice restaurants close by. The river view is very nice. The hotel was okay overall.

I enjoyed my stay at the Dolton and felt the location was pretty central to all the attractions I wanted to see. I thought the hotel was good value and the breakfast was decent. The rooms are a little dated but still comfortable. It was pretty quiet and I enjoyed the nice warm room and shower after cold days in Changsha. I was disappointed that many of the amenities were closed and only found out when I went to use the pool. I'm sure if I spoke Chinese someone would have told me. Most areas of the hotel are non smoking but some areas smell quite smoky. My room was fine but even in areas where there was non smoking signs men were lighting up. For covid requirements the Changsha health code works best and they did ask for a negative covid test once I checked in. The rules in Changsha overall seem relaxed for mask enforcement and many people were using the breakfast buffet and walking around the hotel without masks.

There is a subway near the hotel that goes directly to Changsha Huanghua Airport. It is also close to May Day Square, which makes travel very convenient. It was lunchtime when I arrived at the hotel and I was a little hungry. I smelled the aroma of roasted sweet potatoes in the hotel lobby, but I thought they needed to be purchased. I didn't expect them to be free. The service of Xiao Wang at the front desk was good and the check-in process was fast. The hotel rooms were clean and tidy, and the price/performance ratio was very high. It is a very good hotel.

If you come to Changsha for tourism, I recommend staying at Sheraton Hotel. First of all, the location is very good. It takes about ten minutes to get to Exit 4 of Furong Square Station on Metro Line 2. It is a relatively quiet place. The hotel is well-equipped. There is a small bar downstairs where you can have a drink at night. The hotel restaurant, fitness room, and swimming pool are all available. I recommend the buffet restaurant on the third floor. The food is very delicious. Buddha jumps over the wall and pan-fried foie gras must be eaten. The room you booked was given two free drinks, and you can choose Starbucks or Cha Yan Yue Se. At around 8 o'clock in the evening, a waiter came to the room to deliver fruit. In the morning, a cleaner came to ask when the room could be cleaned. Everyone greeted with a smile and had a good service attitude. The room provides free purified water and a capsule coffee machine for use. Overall, it is cost-effective. I will definitely choose Sheraton again next time I come to Changsha. Although the hotel is a bit aged, the facility is still maintained well. And the location to the walk street central is just few minutes.

The St. Regis Changsha really meets the standards of what I think a St. Regis hotel should be. Every detail is remarkable, professional and efficient, the service is smooth and has no nonsense. The scenery is also pleasant. It is a certain distance from the downtown area, and it is the first choice for those who like quietness. I also thank the housekeeping team Joy, Yanny, and Kitty for their responsiveness, butler service, and St. Regis standards. I must continue to stay here next time I come!

The location is very good, close to the subway, easy to go everywhere, not crowded or noisy. The breakfast is also rich. The front desk staff Xiao Xu is smart and enthusiastic, and the service is very attentive! I will choose to stay here next time I come to Changsha.

A luxury hotel in a great location, you can have a river view. The service is top. Breakfast is good they also have local foods. You have many choices. The only negative point that I can say is the amenities in the toilet are too simple for a luxury hotel.

After all, it is an old noble hotel with good appearance and style. The service is also good. The room type I ordered online was sold out, and they upgraded me to a better room type for free. My friends all said that Huatian is the first choice when they come to Changsha in the future.
