酒店位置好，周邊商店多，飯店多，交通方便，服務態度不錯，酒店設施能滿足需要，被單整潔乾淨。停車稍擠，但還能停下。有WlFl。價格算較低的，性價比高。總體印象很好。

房間是頂樓的，是一個套間，衞生還行吧！價格在五一黃金週還是合理，酒店人員服務態度也不錯，熱情，唯一就是房間的空調製冷效果不是很好，需提高一下。

親人過世從成都趕回來已經凌晨兩點，前台接待服務及其差勁❗️❗️❗️本來我還心存愧意覺得打擾她們，半夜從睡夢中醒過來感覺確實不好。從頭到尾沒有笑臉也就算了，還擺苦瓜臉色，沒有一字片語～對了，鐵青的臉始終低頭説了“身份證”，這就是我們10分鐘全程的交流。我的家可是就在對面的蜀南雅居啊❗️❗️不願意熬了夜的父母忙碌辛苦，我在自家對門陪着我成長的吉湘賓館啊❗️太讓我失望❗️❗️一個酒店不應該是服務至上，來者是客，隨時待命，賓至如歸嗎？服務零分，這種前台不應該存在，她代表酒店的等級和形象
