The room we were assigned to for the first time was very noisy, and someone was playing cards with the door open in the room next to us, so the front desk changed the room for us. There were bent hairs and unknown yellow stains on the bed in the new room. There was garbage in the trash can and next to the trash can. A bag of trash with yellow urine stains on the toilet seat. So the front desk changed a room for the second time. This room looked clean on the surface. There was a live spider🕷️ when I lifted the quilt and a bug on the sofa. However, I thought that the rooms were probably similar and the hotel staff’s attitude was also very good. If it's too much trouble, I'll catch the bug myself and take a rest. Who would have thought that we entered the only operating elevator the next morning. The elevator broke down on the 11th floor and we were trapped in the elevator. But this was not the worst. After we pressed the elevator rescue button, we explained to the operator that we were trapped. Trapped in the elevator, trapped on the 11th floor, he didn't even understand, and repeatedly asked us if we were staying in a hotel. When you receive the call, you should rescue the trapped people as soon as possible! It took several repetitions for them to understand. After a while, the elevator suddenly opened by itself, and we quickly escaped. We didn't dare to take the elevator and walked down from the 11th floor with our suitcases. I have often stayed at Jinjiang hotels, Hampton by Hilton, Vienna International, Lavande, etc. and had a good experience. This is the first time I have encountered this situation.

There was a problem with the TV and the customer service staff couldn't solve it, so we had to change rooms. The TV can't be turned off. In general, the price/performance ratio is good and the breakfast is OK. There is no charging station, which is inconvenient.

The service staff is very nice and the configuration is also very good. I will come again next time.
