位置在市中心區。房間寬敞，熱水、洗漱用品齊全。但是冬天空調沒給通電，沒有暖氣，被子略單薄，夜裡睡着挺冷的。車子要停在路邊，沒有專用停車場。

環境極差，去他那裡住房的時候，上廁所把門關了，打不開，鎖都反鎖在那裡，弄了好久才自己弄開了，態度也是説兩句就沒了，一次很差的體驗，水要過了很久才出熱水，真服。明顯的幾個人扳過的痕跡，門也鎖不住，晚上睡覺門自己開了，隔音效果極差。
