前台服務有待提升，剛進房間，發現床單上有血漬，聯繫前台，前台説拿個床單讓我自己換一下，她不會換，早上讓她幫忙敲門叫同事起床，前台的回覆是敲門會被旁邊客人投訴，雖然價格便宜但這樣的服務不如直接設定智能開房機何必配備24小時人工前台呢，房間新裝修硬件條件不錯，衞生很一般，抽屜上還有奶粉，房間又異味，如果不介意以上這些還是可以選擇的。
