We really enjoyed our stay at the Fisherisland Hot Spring resort. The kids loved the pools and all the activities in the resort. We all loved the beach and the beach bar and Jay the manager was very friendly and assisted us with everything. We even stayed on the beach with a beautiful sea view. Second stay at this really fantastic location. It’s such an enjoyable weekend away. The staff are mostly very friendly and welcoming, but I seemed to have the bad luck of being greeted by Ms Attitude who rolled her eyes at me when I asked if she could use English.
Otherwise everyone was lovely and it’s a great hotel. The Aranya village is a Great place to visit

Breakfast is very good in the off-season and is served quickly, but you need to walk a while to the hot spring hotel to eat it.

The front desk service is very good, and the luxury room type is well maintained. My child wanted two whale dolls of that room type and they borrowed two and put them in the room. At noon check-out time, the child was playing in the hot spring and didn't want to come out, so I negotiated with the front desk to arrive 20-30 late.
