房間衛生一般。空調不是特別涼，主要屋裡太潮了。洗手間的洗澡有些積水。早上時候被鎖在洗手間裏面，門鎖是壞的。孩子在外麪着急，我在裏面門打不開。找工作人員找不到。優點是離海近，方便。價格不高。樓下就是必勝客和肯德基。周邊吃的東西很多，夜市很熱鬧，價格略高些，可以接受。就是這個樓挨着夜市近，晚上唱歌基本到11點，12點才會結束，晚上習慣早睡和帶小一點孩子的家庭要考慮一下。來這玩建議自帶個帳篷，很方便。

一開始和房東打電話🤳🏻就感覺房東很靠譜，後面接觸果然很實在，因為帶着長者來的擔心冷，房東就貼心下單了電褥子，後面有啥缺的，聯繫之後也是很快的叫了快遞送過來，入住之前還安排了保潔打掃一下浮塵，整體來數房東人很好，很熱情周到，房子裝修也很新，設施方便，床品也舒服，有簡單的碗筷和菜刀 冰箱 水壺鍋，我在帶都沒用，寵物優化並且可以自己做飯，一家人出來很有家的感覺

住的那天天氣不太好，有雷陣雨，一直比較陰天，不過入住體驗還是很不錯的，因為到的晚了點，老闆説有客人退了臨時不來了，有好房間就給我升級了，非常感謝。 説一下黃金海岸這裏，個人覺得自駕過來比較好，店家門口就能停車，停滿了也能就近幫忙找地方停，如果是做高鐵過來可能還要打車，這裏屬於南戴河沙灘挺乾淨沒什麼垃圾，人是不少但不吵不鬧，還看到有人扎帳篷玩，店附近吃喝很多，小超市的賣價也沒有很高的溢價，都很親民，吃飯有些家貴，但是問問老闆就能避免踩雷。 再説一下店，這裏大概是有公寓的那種海景高層和這家店這類型的低層樓房，我個人傾向於後者，訂之前諮詢了幾個海景的店，服務態度語氣都很差，這家店衞生和各方面都挺好，性價比也很高，店裡有泳圈和小鏟子什麼的可以拿着用。 總的來説，體驗感還是可以的，店裡離店給我打了電話回訪，諮詢了我的入住體驗和感受，所以我也來寫個點評説一下，推薦入住。
