Second stay at this really fantastic location. It’s such an enjoyable weekend away. The staff are mostly very friendly and welcoming, but I seemed to have the bad luck of being greeted by Ms Attitude who rolled her eyes at me when I asked if she could use English. Otherwise everyone was lovely and it’s a great hotel. The Aranya village is a Great place to visit

We really enjoyed our stay at the Fisherisland Hot Spring resort. The kids loved the pools and all the activities in the resort. We all loved the beach and the beach bar and Jay the manager was very friendly and assisted us with everything. We even stayed on the beach with a beautiful sea view. The location is great, the night view is incredibly beautiful. But the hotel has very little understanding of privacy of their guests. A hotel personal entered our room without an invite while I was dressing up, another hotel worker took our picture without asking, front desk manager keeps all foreigner passport pictures in her personal phone. Should not hotel provide working phone to its personnels if it’s required to keep personal information from guests on phones?k Also hotel price does not match the service they are providing. The hotel room surfaces was in dust, and they do not clean after each visitor, we found pair of shoes from previous visitors. the room did not provide any drinkable water.

It was a good decision to stay at Senzeyuan. I read a lot of guides and they all said that hot spring hotels are too crowded, too humid, and too noisy. In fact, it is true. My child's eyes were inflamed, so I ordered eye drops to be delivered. The shuttle bus brought them to the front desk of the hotel. The service was very considerate, and they also gave me souvenirs before I left. To be honest, the beach experience was crowded and dirty. The water quality was not very good, and there were jellyfish everywhere. I was stung several times. But overall, it was a very happy family trip.

Yinlu Hotel is located in the eighth phase of Aranya. There is a 24-hour shuttle bus to the main campus of the auditorium and library. You can leave at any time when you go there. You can call to call when you come back. If you drive yourself, you have to report the car number and pay. It should be said that it is very convenient, but it was not what I expected, so I will talk about it. The hotel has a sense of design. The family room we booked has two bedrooms and one living room. The room is large, modern and clean; the bed is very comfortable; the utensils are of high quality; there is a coffee machine, and a lot of drinks are given; the waiters from the front desk, housekeeping, to the tram driver are well-trained, very enthusiastic, patient, and responsive. The only shortcoming I think is that the breakfast options and quality are average.

I took my 86-year-old family member out in the off-season. It was my first time staying at the Indigo Hotel. I booked a lake view room. When the hotel front desk service managers Huo Kaixuan and Olin saw the elderly, they specially prepared a wheelchair and upgraded to two adjacent lake view courtyard rooms on the first floor. They also gave me a small bread to feed the seagulls at the beach. When I checked out, Chen Xue and Wang Chao at the front desk gave me hotel souvenirs and two cups of freshly ground American coffee. During the stay, there were a lot of free snacks and drinks in the minibar in the room. When I arrived at the hotel at noon, the elderly was carsick on the road and it was inconvenient to go to the restaurant to eat. The hotel took the initiative to contact the Rushi Hai Chinese Restaurant to provide room delivery service. Although it was off-season and there were not many guests, the breakfast at the Rushi Hai Chinese Restaurant was still very rich. Not only did it have a variety of delicious buffet meals, but there were also five set meals to choose from. The ingredients and taste were great. The hotel park was very large, and it took about 10 minutes to walk to the beach. The hotel shuttle bus would stop and ask us if we wanted to take a ride every time it saw us. In short, this trip was a wonderful experience. Thanks to all the service staff of the Indigo Hotel. I will definitely bring my relatives and friends to visit again if I have the opportunity in the future.

All facilities were stopped and there was no prompt when booking a room. The shuttle buses and trains in the park were all stopped, and there was no prompt for booking a room. There is nothing there, so traveling depends on walking. Most of the shops are closed, so if you arrive after two o'clock, you will have a hard time eating. The soundproofing of the hotel is very poor, and talking in the corridor in the middle of the night is like talking to someone in front of you. The twin beds cannot be pushed together, so parents with children should be aware of this. The hot spring wave we brought was said to be from 10:30-10:50, but it was postponed and ended early. There is a separate fee for the small fish pond, and we were told when it was not time. Breakfast is very good in the off-season and is served quickly, but you need to walk a while to the hot spring hotel to eat it. The beach is nice, the sand is very fine, and the water is relatively clean. The setting is also very impressive. The front desk service is very good, and the luxury room type is well maintained. My child wanted two whale dolls of that room type and they borrowed two and put them in the room. At noon check-out time, the child was playing in the hot spring and didn't want to come out, so I negotiated with the front desk to arrive 20-30 late. Minute check-out was agreed, thank you very much. Generally speaking, there are many people eating dumplings in this place during the peak season, and transportation during the off-season is difficult. Self-driving is okay, but those who don’t want to drive should think twice.

This is my first time in Aranya. I made full preparations and finally chose Tangshe Hotel. The check-in experience was very good. I didn't know much about the room type before I came, so I called for consultation. I am very grateful for the help of the lady in the reservation department. She patiently answered all my questions and recommended a suitable room type according to my situation. The hotel is very design-conscious. It is recognized as the most design-conscious hotel in Aranya. You can see the sea from the terraces on the second and third floors. The hotel is right outside the sea and across from the Tagi hut. There is a Sichuan restaurant on the first floor. The location is excellent. The hotel shuttle bus is also very convenient. The car is very clean and has cushions. It won't be cold when you sit on it. It's very considerate. You can go to the shared space on the second floor to watch the sunrise early. There are many varieties of buffet breakfast. It's really delicious. The room rate is so low in the off-season. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic. Every time I pass by the front desk, I will take the initiative to say hello. Miss Mia is super nice ~, a very pleasant trip. I have to continue to move bricks when I go back. I will come back to Tangshe.
