Second stay at this really fantastic location. It’s such an enjoyable weekend away. The staff are mostly very friendly and welcoming, but I seemed to have the bad luck of being greeted by Ms Attitude who rolled her eyes at me when I asked if she could use English. Otherwise everyone was lovely and it’s a great hotel. The Aranya village is a Great place to visit

I went to Arcadia Hotel for the second time in the summer vacation of 2024. The first time was at the beginning of the summer vacation, and this time was at the end of the summer vacation. Facilities: relatively new, the parent-child room has two beds, one big and one small. The big bed has a fence, but it is broken 😂 I spent two nights just enough Cleanliness: Stayed for one more night and cleaned in time. If it is sunny, you can see the sunrise from the room (unfortunately we encountered cloudy) Service: Attentive service, help to call a courtesy car to pick you up at the door. Three travel photos are given away: It was very hot and dry when I took the photos. I thought I was fooling around and took a few photos, but I didn’t expect the film to be quite good! The photographer really knows how to pose for a lot of photos. And the photo retouching is amazing, the blue sky and white clouds are taken in a cloudy day😂 The effect is good, but there is a charge for photo retouching, but it’s not bad so I bought it~

It is worthy of being the most praised eoso. I always miss you before I set off and the warm and considerate service after I arrived. It is a complete five-star rating! He took us around the entire park and introduced it very carefully. There was a pick-up and drop-off throughout the whole process. Since 2023, I have stayed at Yinlu when I booked a hotel in Aranya. The hotel has a good environment, large and spacious rooms, and complete facilities that are not outdated. Although it is not in a popular area or facing the sea, the hotel's 24-hour shuttle bus is quite convenient. If you drive by yourself, you can park for free, and the cost performance is very high. The hotel breakfast is very comprehensive, from Chinese to Western, especially after the recent drop in temperature, there are many hot stir-fried dishes for breakfast, and the taste is quite good👍 The hotel staff is warm and thoughtful, especially the guest manager Meng Junyu, who always cared and provided considerate service during our three days of stay, from checking in to asking whether to take a bath and soak your feet in the evening, to whether the pillows in the room are comfortable, etc. After checking out, he also helped prepare supplies on the way back to Beijing, which really made people feel at home! Yinlu is really the first choice for staying in Aranya, looking forward to seeing you next time!

When I checked in at the front desk, I was told that it was the first day of the official opening, and there was only one building open. I had originally booked a courtyard king bed room, but I couldn't upgrade it, so I was given several drink coupons for the lobby bar. The service at the front desk was attentive and enthusiastic. Professional and rare in high-end resort hotels around Beijing. The room facilities are very good. The toiletries are from Shanghai Beach and are very useful. The slippers and bathrobes are extremely comfortable. The toilet is flushed by Panasonic. It's so comfortable to stay in the yard, it's worthy of being a summer resort. The Chinese food for dinner was better than breakfast. The stir-fried dishes were surprisingly delicious and affordable. I didn’t finish the meal and wanted to take it away, but I didn’t have a takeaway box. The only drawback is that the room is a bit small and I find it inconvenient to put things in the door. The air-conditioning in the corridor is too sufficient. It is recommended to increase the temperature to save some energy.

The soundproofing of the hotel is very poor, and talking in the corridor in the middle of the night is like talking to someone in front of you. The twin beds cannot be pushed together, so parents with children should be aware of this. The hot spring wave we brought was said to be from 10:30-10:50, but it was postponed and ended early. There is a separate fee for the small fish pond, and we were told when it was not time. Breakfast is very good in the off-season and is served quickly, but you need to walk a while to the hot spring hotel to eat it. The beach is nice, the sand is very fine, and the water is relatively clean. The setting is also very impressive. The front desk service is very good, and the luxury room type is well maintained. My child wanted two whale dolls of that room type and they borrowed two and put them in the room. At noon check-out time, the child was playing in the hot spring and didn't want to come out, so I negotiated with the front desk to arrive 20-30 late. Minute check-out was agreed, thank you very much. Generally speaking, there are many people eating dumplings in this place during the peak season, and transportation during the off-season is difficult. Self-driving is okay, but those who don’t want to drive should think twice.

The hotel car goes to these places very quickly. The hotel is too small to be considered a hotel. The decoration is simple, clean and odorless. The room is not low, and it is not depressing.
