"When checking in, all the staff at the front desk (at least four) were not very kind, not enthusiastic at all, mechanical, and it was obvious that there was a lack of training and disorderly. During the processing process, I asked me to pay a 200 deposit. I said that the food bar in the room was charged. I was afraid that the guests would not pay for it. I decisively refused and clearly told me that I would not eat. The staff at the front desk immediately changed their faces from mechanical processing to ignoring... I just made do with it for one night. What to say, I found out that the room next door was a wedding room. It would be very noisy early the next morning. In order to rest well, I asked for a room change. A staff member who changed the room for me made me feel like a spring breeze. It should be a deputy manager at the front desk (this kind of hotel position can't be so detailed, I have the impression that the badge shows this position), and I didn't have time to ask the name. Not only did I actively solve the problem, but also gave me two breakfasts, and the attitude was very good. To be honest, if it weren't for this staff, I wouldn't have five-star praise. I hope the hotel can praise this staff well."

"The room has a very high standard of hygiene, the design is simple and bright, the housekeeper service is considerate and enthusiastic, the hotel environment is very quiet, you can see the sea while lying on the bed, the location is excellent, and it is convenient to go out for meals. You can walk to many popular restaurants in five or six minutes. The price is affordable and the food is delicious. The housekeeper can drive the sightseeing car to pick up guests at any time to go wherever they want to go. Living here is very stress-relieving"

"Location and Transportation: Located opposite the South Gate 1 of Phase 10, there's nothing to do in the park, but right in front of the main gate, you can go shopping and order takeout. Shuttle buses run to the main park and Phase 9, too. Service: Our housekeeper, Saria, was exceptionally helpful. We added her on WeChat the day beforehand and helped us choose a room facing the pool, which had a stunning view. We were greeted with welcome fruit, and the mini bar offered free drinks and snacks. Our housekeeper was incredibly responsive on WeChat, replying almost instantly, no matter the time. Room Facilities: The room was very new, with a strong design sense, reflecting the current trend for light luxury. The predominantly gray palette creates a simple yet effortlessly elegant feel. The materials used are excellent, with many design details. The room layout was well-organized, with each twin bed facing the window against the wall, and a raised tatami mat underneath, separating the sleeping area from the rest of the room. The room was very comfortable, with the only difference being the bedroom and living room. The charging station was located next to the twin beds, a very well-designed and comfortable space. The bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, with a dressing room in the middle, but the sink is outside. Overall, aside from the lack of a bathtub, everything else about the hotel meets five-star standards. Swimming Pool: The pool is quite small, due to testing the infinity edge, making for stunning photos. Value for money: While the value for money in Anaya isn't particularly impressive this season, this hotel offers excellent value compared to other hotels in the park. The hotel is new, and the facilities are slightly higher-end than other hotels. However, the location is a bit remote, making it convenient to get around, requiring a car to reach the park. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value within Anaya."

"My love for Rushihai has grown even stronger. Before my trip, I called and got in touch, and they meticulously arranged everything from location and vehicle information to activity registration, room selection, and other check-in procedures. After checking in, they thoughtfully arranged breakfast and staff registration. At check-out, they even helped with the payment process. The whole experience was incredibly detailed and attentive, with quick responses and extremely proper arrangements for everything. The park facilities are well-maintained, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and there's lawn everywhere you look. The beach and sea are spotless, and each visit brings new artistic sculptures, making it perfect for photos. It's very pet-friendly, with a well-designed pet park area and well-maintained facilities. I can't wait to come back to Rushihai soon!"

"The lakes and mountains are beautiful and the scenery is excellent. Less of the process-style guest suite of star hotels, more of the meticulous service of the hotel owner. From hardware decoration to welcoming fruit, everything reveals the boss's intentions. The uniqueness of the homestay is the taste of aesthetics and personal privacy, which can be found almost here. Changed my traditional impression of the homestay, looking forward to taking the baby to experience it after the overall completion!"

"The guesthouse boasts an excellent location, making getting around incredibly easy. Line B is right outside, and Line A along with a branch line are just a short walk away. As we were traveling with children, the amenities nearby were perfect: a town square, a seaside market (which included a grocery store), and even a children's farm. Our kids absolutely adored it! Dining options were also convenient, with an Italian steak restaurant and 'The Third Canteen' just a short distance away. The accommodation was fully equipped. Our children particularly loved the tatami mats. The TV could swivel, and cartoons streamed perfectly. The hostess was incredibly warm and thoughtful, explaining everything clearly. She also guided us on booking must-do attractions and offered excellent advice."

"Facilities: complete facilities, there are some. It is recommended that there are more washing machines and dryers in the laundry room, and the management is cleaner. The small children's pool needs to be cleaned, not as good as the large pool. Set up a water bar next to the pool for shopping. Hygiene: overall satisfaction, the waiter is conscientious. "Very good experience, this is the first time I went to Anaya, I was also blindfolded, after entering a small balcony facing the street, small and simple. It is good to sit and drink tea in a daze, the details in the room are full, especially the children's toys, water cups. Seat ...... I brought two elderly people. If I live in a hotel, I still need to open two rooms. Two rooms and one living room are very enough. The price/performance ratio is relatively high for me personally.
