服務還不錯，有問題能及時解決！1.衞生一般，進房間入眼的牆角大面積發黴，第一天入住的時候有一個房間床單上邊都是小頭髮，但是打電話跟前台説了之後，立馬換了新的床單被罩，解決問題很快。2.二樓始終伴有廁所以及下水道的味，特別大，很臭，屋內睡覺被臭醒，體驗感不太好。3.沒有打掃衞生服務，如果連續住不管幾天都需要自己打掃，可能大多民宿都這樣，也能夠理解。4.二樓小卧室一直有廁所味道，晚上開了一小會窗户，再上樓發現床單、被罩、房頂特別多小蟲子，與店家溝通後説因為有草地紗窗阻擋不了小蟲子進入，立馬更換床單被子，以及拿來驅蟲葯，解決問題態度很好，也很快，但是半夜十二點還在驅蟲子就沒有很好的體驗感。5.全部一次性擦臉巾、浴巾，這一點很不錯，但是並沒有主動詢問連續入住幾天的顧客，第二天是否需要，還得自己去要。整體覺得不是很理想，覺得這個價格不應該是這樣，也希望能夠越來越好。

房間衞生不好，有發黴的味道，被褥也潮，小區外的餐飲又貴又不好吃，和阿那亞隔了一條馬路，價格雖然便宜，但是飲食上全部能找齊。小區房子整體風格統一，但是應該是管理缺乏。民宿外的園內衞生也一般。

小區是別墅區，環境很好，由於定的房型樓上空調壞了，幫我們升級到了航海家家庭房。一進門太滿意，導致都忘記拍照了，衹有隨便拍的幾張。總之和圖片上一模一樣，三個媽媽帶三個寶貝，每家一間房，獨立衞生間非常方便，還有院子，可以燒烤，但是去那幾天太熱了沒有體驗燒烤。房間雙開門冰箱，全自動洗衣機太方便啦。前台有便利店，需要什麼微信聯繫老闆都會送過來。缺點是離小區門口太遠啦，走出去差不多要十分鐘，由於是北戴河新區小區，所處的位置也比較偏，不是太好打車。出了小區不到1公里就是阿那亞。總之人多來住這很超值，優點大於缺點。推薦

民宿性價比特別高，在阿那亞旁邊，價格是真香！入住很方便，民宿服務特別好，房間是三室一廳一廚四衞，每個房間都有獨立的衞浴，真的特別方便！這套房間有自動麻將機，晚飯後一家人坐在一圈兒，超級放鬆～退房時候手機充電器落在民宿了，過了兩天才想起來，試着聯繫了一下，民宿不怕麻煩給發了順豐快遞寄回來，貼心～民宿位置也不錯，小區門口有多家飯館，也可以點外賣送到房間；離滑沙公園特別近，玩樂項目很多。週末兩天一晚的行程，選這裏吧，會超出預期噠！光顧着玩兒和體驗，沒拍民宿照片，不過基本和介紹頁面照片一致！
