There are many things that children can play in the courtyard. The babies are very happy. After living for so long, they haven't had enough to play. They will ask to go back to the small courtyard even when they return to Beijing. The small courtyard has convenient transportation, close to the station, and convenient travel. The landlord was also very nice and helped us solve the problem. I hope I can live next time I go, praise!

There is also a sand pool when entering the yard. A faucet and hose for playing with water. The living room of the room is very large, and there is a mahjong table where children can play when they sleep, haha. Three bedrooms have two large beds, one high and low bed, and the master bedroom has a bathroom, which is very convenient. Each room has a door that leads directly to the small yard. The landlord and Anaya’s butler service was very good, and the bottle opener was delivered quickly. The landlord’s beauty is very considerate, knowing that it’s night time for us to take the train with our children, and the check-out time has been extended for us by four hours. The children played with the water for a while, which is very worth coming again!

房東很熱情，得知我孩子過生日還特意送小衣服禮物和新鮮水果，感謝！小院兒很好，爸媽尤其喜歡，每天早上聽着鳥鳴聲醒來，心情愉悦。有機會再來住。 現在還是有點涼，海風大，沒法下水，略有遺憾。

小院温馨舒適，位置很好，離海邊不遠，很安靜。周邊吃飯閑逛也非常方便，房東熱情貼心，社區文化氛圍濃厚，是個悠閑度假的好地方！

別墅非常乾淨，很大。有個獨立的小院，遠離道路，環境周圍很安靜，適合帶一家老小來入住。
