衞生：整體都非常乾淨，而且一點也不潮，住着特別放心
服務：暑假帶孩子去出行提前預約了酒店，前台經理侯佳特別熱情不僅告訴我們附近哪的飯店好吃不踩雷，而且還給小朋友準備了入住禮物。下次來昌黎還選這😄
環境：環境真的特別温馨，適合家庭出遊。

新開業的酒店本應該抱有很大期待，結果卻很是失望，首先是早餐問題，早上9點去餐廳，已經光盤沒有的食物也不再上了，非常節儉，旅遊旺季住客很多，酒店很小氣。其次是建設問題，房間因為是新裝修如果想要空氣流通也不能開窗户，窗外噪音很大，嗚嗚嗚讓人心煩，好像是樓下天台設備的聲響。早上安靜的時候，關着窗户也能聽見。最後是服務問題，前台服務員業務不熟練，連住幾天製作房卡溝通不順暢，還有就是整個大廳裏一個次垃圾桶也沒有，很不方便，不是帶回房間就是得要出門扔。整體服務水平有待提高。

如果是自駕，非常推介，酒店為新開的，全屋全智能，還有早點，尤其適合帶孩子的，孩子能吃好，睡好
如果不是自駕的話，去景點需要打車，我一個人帶孩子，雖然打車出行，但是孩子能吃好睡好，非常滿意

非常好👌🏻，8.1日剛剛試營業，以後來秦皇島黃金海岸就住全季了，因為房間打掃等了一會兒，前台還特意給了小禮品，升級了家庭房，早餐也是這次旅程20多天華住會最好的一次了，超級超級超級滿意
