I was there with my girlfriend, it was a nightmare. Full of kids running around and screaming everywhere, totally out of control. Not recommended.

Entrance is really nice, however the room can use a bit more cleaning as we saw flies inside. Beach area is relatively clean and well maintained. We didn't see any open restaurants nearby as well.

This hotel is definitely not a 5 star hotel. The best thing of the hotel was our room, nice , clean and spacious. Everything else is more like a 2-3 star hotel at least by western standards. No one speaks English. The hotel promotes on Trip that it accepts all international credit cards , but when we got there they simply apologized that they don’t take international cards. Even after I showed them the page on Trip, they didn’t say much just sorry we don’t. So it was very inconvenient to have to pay with another one that I wasn’t planning to use for this trip. I hope that they don’t make false advertisement with this cause the hotel DOES NOT accept international cards. Furthermore, the pool is mostly shallow water and not very clean. It feels more like a big pond. The beach, is alright however you can only swim in a designated area and that’s always crowded. The whole building is massive but is run down , old, and quite dirty, it is definitely not worth it 1000 RMB for a night. The food is below average, doesn’t match their prices. I wish they could at least lower their prices to match what they actually have to offer. Won’t be back.

The location is great, the night view is incredibly beautiful. But the hotel has very little understanding of privacy of their guests. A hotel personal entered our room without an invite while I was dressing up, another hotel worker took our picture without asking, front desk manager keeps all foreigner passport pictures in her personal phone. Should not hotel provide working phone to its personnels if it’s required to keep personal information from guests on phones?k Also hotel price does not match the service they are providing. The hotel room surfaces was in dust, and they do not clean after each visitor, we found pair of shoes from previous visitors. the room did not provide any drinkable water.

Fantastic location: ice cream, snacks etc but also quite walks in well maintained environment just next to the sea side.

Dogs friendly hotel , good services but the room not worth that money , will try another one next time

Decent location. Could do with improving when it comes to food choices. A lot of space for kids to roam around and play which is a plus. The girl at the front desk who speaks Russian was absolutely amazing, went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. However, we tried to go to a restaurant to eat once and the lady (manager I think) told us that were no tables available and we could not go in. We saw people continuously go in and more than one table available, she told us to go somewhere else. We ignored her and sat down to have our meal. Very disrespectful behaviour towards foreigners it seemed.

I recently stayed at the Arcadia Seaside Resort Hotel in Qinhuangdao and it was amazing! From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I was deeply attracted by the strong holiday atmosphere here. The design of the hotel is full of marine elements, making people feel as if they are in a dreamy seaside world. My room is spacious and bright, with exquisite decoration, and every detail reveals the hotel's pursuit of quality. The bedding is comfortable and soft, allowing me to have a good dream every night. Moreover, the sea view in the room is simply invincible. I can wake up to see the beautiful sea view every day, which is really refreshing. The service of the hotel is also first-class. The staff are very warm and friendly, always smiling to help me. Whether it is the front desk, room service or restaurant staff, I feel the warmth of home. Special mention should be made of the hotel's restaurant, which has rich and diverse dishes and delicious taste. Every dish makes me unforgettable. In addition, the hotel's facilities are also very complete. The gym, swimming pool, SPA center, etc. are all available, allowing me to stay healthy and relaxed while on vacation. I also particularly like the hotel's private beach, with fine sand and clear water, which is a good place to relax and enjoy the sun. Finally, I took my mother and brother to Arcadia for a vacation. The two-day and one-night experience was really perfect. The housekeeper thoughtfully upgraded our room. The big bed was replaced with a standard room. It was more convenient to bring children. It was surprisingly on the first floor. There was a swimming pool outside, and the lawn was on the right. It took two minutes to reach the sea. The children were so excited! The room was also very clean. It was a real experience. Don't pay attention to the bad reviews😻 The children ran wildly on the big lawn all afternoon. We adults leisurely faded away the fatigue of 6 days of adjustment, and my mother had a lot of fun. The night was also great. There were small live concerts and a bonfire party at the beach. It was super fun. I got up early in the morning and went to the beach to catch the sea. The children dug a lot of small 🦀. Cute big dogs and small dogs were everywhere on the lawn❤️ My father didn't come this time. I will definitely bring the whole family next time✌ P.s There are many delicious foods nearby. You can walk or drive, and it is economical. The hotel breakfast is also very rich! ❤️Special thanks to the handsome and enthusiastic housekeeper Wu Chao, who added my WeChat before we set off. He took care of everything from check-in to hotel food and entertainment, and responded in seconds. I had a comfortable and peaceful two days thanks to him!

This is the worst so-called five-diamond hotel I have ever stayed in. We stayed in room 2670. The sea view room cost more than 800 yuan, the hygiene was poor, only the toiletries were changed, because the room was not cleaned for the extended stay. The waiter had a bad attitude, and he cursed when I asked him to get a small roll of paper. The room looked like a hotel except for the bed and the chaise longue, and the other facilities were completely farmhouse. The electric water heater used in the five-diamond hotel had to wait half an hour before the next person could wash. There was a long queue for breakfast, and the dishes were average. It may be because it is a hotel with a beach closer to Beijing. The business is really good on weekends. So no matter how bad the service quality is, there will be people going there. It doesn't matter if the service is bad🤷♀️

Facilities: The RV is very well equipped. There are camping tables, chairs and parasols outdoors. Hygiene: The interior of the car is very clean. Environment: The grass is also very clean. The dog likes to roll around like crazy. There are also outdoor movies at night. Service: Miss Chu Ting's service is very considerate. She helped with the check-in. It is very convenient to call a shuttle bus from the camp to the main building. The experience is very good. I will bring my family and furry children here next time!

I think the best thing about this hotel is the service. After booking, "Aka Butler Xiaoning" added me on WeChat. From before check-in to check-out, I was answered and responded promptly. Any problems were solved immediately, and I was upgraded to a sea view room opposite for free. The hotel is quite large, with complete facilities, swimming pool, hot spring, green land, beach and sea, suitable for family travel. The buffet morning is very rich and there are many people. The view from the indoor balcony is beautiful. The only shortcoming is that the room facilities are a bit old, the room is large, the cabinet is large, but the bathroom is small, the bath is still an electric water heater, the space is slightly small and the water pressure is not enough. It is inconvenient to eat around. I didn't go to Aranya. I tried to make an appointment several times but failed. Finally, I called and found out that guests who are not staying in Aranya Park can only buy 200 joint tickets to visit 2 attractions. Forget it, I'm not that addicted. It's very pleasant to sit on the grass by the sea in the hotel.
