Entrance is really nice, however the room can use a bit more cleaning as we saw flies inside. Beach area is relatively clean and well maintained. We didn't see any open restaurants nearby as well.

This hotel is definitely not a 5 star hotel. The best thing of the hotel was our room, nice , clean and spacious. Everything else is more like a 2-3 star hotel at least by western standards. No one speaks English. The hotel promotes on Trip that it accepts all international credit cards , but when we got there they simply apologized that they don’t take international cards. Even after I showed them the page on Trip, they didn’t say much just sorry we don’t. So it was very inconvenient to have to pay with another one that I wasn’t planning to use for this trip. I hope that they don’t make false advertisement with this cause the hotel DOES NOT accept international cards. Furthermore, the pool is mostly shallow water and not very clean. It feels more like a big pond. The beach, is alright however you can only swim in a designated area and that’s always crowded. The whole building is massive but is run down , old, and quite dirty, it is definitely not worth it 1000 RMB for a night. The food is below average, doesn’t match their prices. I wish they could at least lower their prices to match what they actually have to offer. Won’t be back.

The location is great, the night view is incredibly beautiful.
But the hotel has very little understanding of privacy of their guests. A hotel personal entered our room without an invite while I was dressing up, another hotel worker took our picture without asking, front desk manager keeps all foreigner passport pictures in her personal phone. Should not hotel provide working phone to its personnels if it’s required to keep personal information from guests on phones?k
Also hotel price does not match the service they are providing. The hotel room surfaces was in dust, and they do not clean after each visitor, we found pair of shoes from previous visitors.

🅿️停車還算湊合 但從外面進到酒店裡麪區域的馬路上 路兩邊久就有隨便停車的 導致開車很費勁 電車充電不方便 酒店辦理入住 大廳亂 人超多～ 下午三點房間才能好～
拿到房卡到房間 真是好繞呀 七拐八拐的 進到房間 好失望 感覺這以前應該不是酒店 改成了現在這個樣子 再加以裝飾 而且地面隨處可見的頭髮 傢俱大部分是木頭 有倒刺 衞生真是…… 後來才發現這裏麪還有業主 感覺有點混亂～更談不上酒店服務了～ 房間枱燈還是壞的～打電話到是給換了～ 沒USB充電的 詢問是無法提供 需要自己去租那個充電裝備 礦泉水每天免費供應2瓶 之外要再付錢買了 然後那個枕頭就更無法形容了 價格不便宜 真是不值 …不推薦 而且隔音很差～
酒店早餐比較簡單～ 孩子吃的還不錯～ 就是高峯期人多混亂～
陽台説是可以看海景～ 但樹佔大部分～ 酒店外走到海灘有綠草坪 孩子可以玩 不錯 附近有很多超市 這個倒是很方便～

衞生：敢掛5星真挺佩服的！住的小羊肖恩房，地毯很臟很臟，進門沙發下全是毛屑，裏面的床頭燈上有血漬，房頂發黴，空調剛打開就不停的打噴嚏再一看我的天扇葉裏都發黴了（這個噁心到我真的立刻就關掉所以沒有拍到）。
環境：敢掛5星真挺佩服的！除了門臉感覺走點心其他真的就沒有了，業主樓改造，主樓和副樓需要走很遠，去沙灘很不方便，主樓前的游泳池，沒人敢下水，臟死了，睡眠各種雜誌和蟲子，水下沉澱的雜質塑料袋等，估計休主樓應該也很潮和蚊蟲多。
服務：敢掛5星真挺佩服的！住過的5星我真的沒見過坐着給顧客辦理入住的，就4個辦理人員，速度真的很慢，然而在酒店裡也全程沒有服務，遇到對面走過的工作人員，每個人都眼裡沒有顧客，你走你的他走他的，辦理入住的時候是一個小夥子，指甲很長看着真的很邋遢……總之全程無服務。
設施：敢掛5星真挺佩服的！我想吐槽的是洗澡水，下單前看見非24小時熱水還特意問了攜程客服，告知有熱水，由於是熱水器所以衹能洗一個半人然後就一直是涼水，孩子涼水洗的頭……另外周邊什麼也沒有很慌，如果想去阿那亞需要在阿那亞里訂酒店或民宿才能接待……
總之出去玩真的在下單前多看看評論，我當時是想有游泳的才下單，誰知道臟的一塌糊塗，和旁邊的安瀾差不多多少錢，住的乾淨舒服很重要，這樣的酒店大家真的避……

週六到的時候剛好下雨，體驗了一波雨後房車的感覺~ 雨後房車有點潮，但是當睡了一夜以後醒來發現天氣非常晴朗的時候，會覺得來體驗的非常值（還是得天氣好 才舒服哈，建議大家提前看一下天氣預報）
房車距離酒店大堂有一段距離，來回有擺渡車（入住後會有房屋管家，特別點名李新剛，基本上秒回微信，解答問題細緻）
（住房車除了我一晚上沒怎麼睡着以外，其他都很好）服務 環境 設施都挺不錯的，就是不知道為啥 有點睡不着啊睡不着~
