Amazing hotel, interior design is very neat and the service is great. Is a bit far from Aranya town but they have shuttle buses all the time going there. I would definitely stay again.

It was a nice hotel. Hotel room was so good. But there was a leak in a tub, so we didn’t chill normally, cuz all the time u should put more water and can’t enjoy normally. We asked to change, master came and changed, but nothing changed in reality.
Biggest minus it’s transportation in Aranya, there no taxi inside, no bikes no scooters for rent, only f*cking hotel busses that u should wait to the way back for 7-15minutes, it’s really sh*t!
In hotel no amenities, no pool, maybe gym (not sure about this), spa is expensive!

We had a very wonderful stay! The staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The room was spacious, loved the bath and the bed was so comfortable and HUGE. The swimming pool is also very kid-friendly. We really enjoyed exploring Anaya town using the buggy service. Will definitely return.

Bad service and one of the staff stole my AirPods. The hotel itself is nice but not 5 star — 4 star maybe. No gym. Breakfast was good.

Location: Yinlu, Phase 8, Anaya
Room type: One-story courtyard room, the overall style is Japanese style, very tasteful

Facilities: There is a private hot spring pool inside the room, which is large and can accommodate two people to soak together, which is very cozy and comfortable.
Service: Yinlu's most intimate point-to-point taxi pick-up service perfectly solves the problem of being far away in Phase 8. Because I have stayed in another very popular hotel in Anaya before, the experience is average, so I changed to Yinlu this time. Yinlu can be said to be a complete victory in all aspects. It can be said that it is very lucky to find such a quiet hotel in Anaya.
Zhao Yiming, the customer relationship manager of the hotel, has been answering some of my questions every day through WeChat since I checked in, and has arranged the disinfection of the private hot spring. It is completely realized that there is no need to go to the front desk or call the front desk by yourself. When people are eating out, they can get the fastest reply with a WeChat. I must give a big thumbs up!
