The room layout and the park environment are very clean and great. Every customer service staff I met was very nice. The canteen is also very delicious. I experienced the 3.5.6 canteens this time and will try other canteens next time. This trip to Aranya was a great experience. I will come again with my friends next time.

Other housekeepers would pick me up from downstairs, but mine was upstairs and I had to find her. I was speechless. The luggage arrived at 9:00 a.m. and the check-in said it would take 3-4 hours to deliver to the room, but it was not delivered until 5:00 p.m. I checked in at 3:00 p.m. and it was past 3:00 p.m. and I had to ask many times before I could get into the room. I asked the homestay center and they said check-out would be at 12:00 p.m., but the housekeeper said it would be 11:00 p.m. I was speechless. I didn't know whose statement I was listening to. I didn't want to waste time and left before 11:00 p.m.

Let's talk about the advantages first. The location is good. Phase 6 is very close to the beach. It is very convenient to eat, drink and have fun around. The room cost more than 1,800 yuan a night, and there was only one bathroom for four people. The water was cold after 15 minutes of showering. The next person had to wait for half an hour. No one cleaned it or changed the bath towel. The sewer in the bathroom smelled very bad, as if living in a public toilet. The most annoying thing was that the housekeeper sent a lot of messages saying that the car could not enter the park, but when we arrived, they said that we could enter, which made us suffer a lot with our car parked outside the park with a lot of bags. Because of the laborious water heater, we had to check out at 11 o'clock, and the four of us didn't even have time to take a shower. We were very embarrassed when we left. I will never book this homestay again.

帶一家人一起來，沒有住夠，感覺對阿那亞的開發還不足10分之1，下次來要多住幾天，樓下就是泳池，不遠處就是沙灘很方便，因為帶長者來不方便到處走所以訂了可以在屋裡看海的，景色也很美
