首先前台的女服務員 傲慢*** 屬於完全拎不清那種 完全不像一個做酒店的 像極了**大廳的甲方baba 。我們屬於他家常客 每次入住都是三天起至兩週 每次回來前台去刷卡前台服務員都是板著臉 重來沒主動問好 這也就算了 這回住真是讓我大開眼界 （1.我們入住後都是晚上才出門 去找朋友耍基本都是天亮才回酒店 想着續住了卡沒刷就去前台刷卡 刷卡刷了兩次沒刷上也就算了 我當時還很理解一大早的剛交接工作啥的沒給我們刷上 就跑了三次刷房卡 讓她換張新卡這張刷不上 她來一句都是能刷開的 能開我們來回跑三次讓你刷卡？工作的失誤出了問題的處理態度是這樣的嗎 不單是我們遇到過這種問題 第二次早上回來也有其他房間客人在前台反饋了卡刷不上讓客人來回跑下去刷卡 ）
（2.我們基本都是凌晨回來 一般三點退房前台就會催房 但前台應該都知道我們是常客所以都會超6點後前台打電話詢問是否續住 我們都會告知續住或者睡醒再説 睡醒不續住的話超時我們也會交 這次聽到阿姨對講機前台對阿姨説讓我們立刻馬上下去！？阿姨沒敢那麼説但我們確實聽到了 請問我們是拖欠你房費了嗎 為什麼要驅趕客人 而且是我們説了要續住的情況下 前台這是啥態度 你應該去當催債的打手 怎麼來服務行業做服務員了催退房續房費是你前台的工作 為什麼每次不是三點後就催客人而是等到六點後超時扣費了才催客人）平時入住超時前台服務態度好的小姐姐都讓我們一個好評頂一個鐘 都是直接拿手機讓前台自己評價 重來沒給過本酒店差評 ！！！也不知道她是店長還是老闆所以有權利這樣驅趕客人？詢問前台工號時沒敢告訴我們 02.06當班次其中一位了 真的是服務態度極差差差差差差！！！！！！
