這個酒店唯一不錯的是智能馬桶。房間電控失靈沒反應，前台見客也沒反應。退房沒退公安系統，打電話過去讓退，反問“那怎麼説？”多嘴問了句“發票開了沒”，回覆“你看下手機，手機收到就是開了，沒收到就是沒開”。不虧是服務行業

海南昌江縣汽車站不遠處的一家老牌酒店，其實就是昌江迎賓館，目前有部分房間在裝修中，白天會有些施工噪音，但酒店外觀很新。
房間設施設備略舊，衞生正常，總體性價比可以。

這是昌江縣城老城區較好的酒店，外邊看起來不錯，晚上外觀金碧輝煌的，大廳很大氣，亮堂，寬闊，但是，酒店有些歷史了，房間裏的設施相對舊一些，酒店好像在部分翻新，電梯地板度點金水似的，酒店餐廳較大，早上有廣式早茶喝，顧客很多，人滿為患。
