設施：比較陳舊。
衞生：還可以。
環境：一般。
服務：挺好的，房間在二樓，沒有電梯，老闆娘很熱情地幫助提行李。
客房樓下就可以吃飯，很方便。

客棧距看木棉的碼頭很近。客棧衞生很好，服務很熱情，客棧旁邊有個飯店，提供早餐和晚餐，味道不錯，價格合理。對於住宿者十分方便。客棧後院有很大的停車場，停車方便。

該酒店位置不錯，就在七叉鎮裏，距離鎮政府和衞生院都是300米左右，衞生和設施一般，可以住。樓下有個小超市和飯館，後院有個比較大的停車場，停車方便。從這裏去哪裡都方便，例如霸王嶺和附近的昌化江畔木棉觀景台（如圖）、遊江都在幾公里之內，沒有看到公共交通，自駕最方便。七叉鎮上飯館很少，飯菜也不咋地，但是霸王嶺附近有條街，很熱鬧，有幾家不錯的飯館，例如姐妹農家菜館等。再往南，稍微遠點有寶山村等木棉觀景台，是個山上觀景台，也是個不錯的觀賞木棉之地。
