①看他們家有停車場才辦理入住的，結果退房時才知道停車需自費
②房間剛打開有一股怪味
③房間也比較冷，打開空調後，空調的外機又很吵
④房間裏除了衞生間的捲紙，再沒有提供衞生紙，也不提供梳子

首先我是因為考試，選擇住在市二中附近的，攜程下單後飯店發現前台員工在給顧客介紹在前台處下單更便宜，價格優惠8元，我這邊訂單確認半天，下單號和手機號對不上，也給我稀裏糊塗開了個房間，房費我就比其他顧客貴。第二天退房，晚了2個小時，給我算了半天房費，還比昨天價格高，，如果這樣敲榔頭，不推薦其他有考試有考試需求的友友來訂購，房間時不時有咔嚓咔嚓的聲音，不知道是攝像頭還是老鼠，體驗感很差

房間裏水都是開封的，沒敢喝，衞生間的房頂也掉下來了，隔音也特別差，衹有牙刷，沒有梳子，而且酒店定位也不準備，最重要的是，我定的時候180元，但是當天入住衹需要 120元

酒店服務平台服務很差，我們6點以後下的訂單，到店後發現該店沒有自己的停車場，因出行8人都是60一70歲的長者，車要停到旁邊居民小區，有點遠，東西不好拿，所以提出退訂重新選擇賓館，和平台溝通不同意，理由是最晚過了下午6點鐘不可取消，但我們訂賓館的時間是下午6點以後訂的，前後也就半個小時，為什麼不給退呢，強買強賣嗎?這種做法合理嗎?要退就要扣每間房50元的錢，這是霸王條款！太差勁了。
