I was given a very clean, spacious room with modern decor. The location is great because it's in the middle of Changji, behind a shopping mall and very close to a night market with plenty of food options. I gave the service a lower score because when I gave them the room key to check out, they didn't actually check me out on their database, meaning when I wanted to check in to the hotel at my next destination, they weren't able to until this hotel checked me out, adding some inconvenience to my trip.

房間空間大，衞生乾淨，就是房間空調聲音很大，響一整晚，家庭房衹給兩雙拖鞋，兩套洗漱用品不太滿，洗澡間衹配了沐浴露，沒有洗髮水

前台服務一點也不好 從中午一點等到中午兩點半才住進房間 問前台怎麼還住不進去 前台説還沒人退房 我説不是兩點退房嗎 前台説現在還沒到兩點啊 反正態度不好 讓客人等那麼久 一點解決方案也沒有 也沒有什麼歉意 反正再也不會住了

和朋友出來玩，入住這家酒店，前台的小姐姐服務很好，酒店的房間安靜寬敞，床也大，位置也很好，主要是服務也周到，穿户外的風景也好，周圍交通也方便，出門就是商場，離商場非常近！點了外賣，還有機器人送到房間門口，入住體驗感很好很好，推薦來住！

房間大且寬敞，一開始安排了一個窗户靠着消防通道的房間，私隱性不是很好，於是找前台換了一間。前台服務態度非常好，立馬就給換了。
酒店應該是新建沒多久的，設施都比較新。背靠新滙嘉，無論是出行還是購物都非常便捷。
衞生維持非常棒，必須誇誇酒店裡的保潔阿姨，性格和善好説話。
