I stayed here for three days on a business trip. During the tiring journey, I unexpectedly had a day with snowflakes flying and two leisure afternoons.
The room was very large and warm. The front desk staff were very patient, warm and attentive. The breakfast was also good.
The coffee and tea cups on the tea table are very beautiful.
The transportation is also very convenient.
I hope to stay here next time I go on a business trip.

一家開業6年的酒店，設施設備保護的挺好，房間寬敞，光線比較好，衞生乾淨，房間配有足夠的水，值得一提的是服務態度較好，由於帶着小朋友，前台開房的時候就囑咐了很多，還給送了小禮物，很貼心。去昌吉，推薦大家住這家酒店。

服務特別差，凌晨兩點多訂的房間，三點多進入房間，還沒睡醒呢，大早上打電話説必須14點前退房，我還網上找她們客服人員溝通，人家來一句，凌晨五點鐘進入房間，也是中午14點前退房，真的服了你們。收我一晚上的住宿費，就這樣的服務態度。打電話給攜程這邊，至少人家態度很好，幫忙想辦法解決問題吧。停車場開車出來，還收我停車費，真垃圾酒店。

房間大，附近有個超市很方便，非常大，飯館也多，就是不太隔音，樓下晚上很吵，隔壁也是經常有噪音，早餐不像五星，過於簡單，就是糊弄旅行團的，停車場太小了，地面就十幾個車位，車大一些的下不去地庫，要不就是停到商場停車場，戴眼鏡的保安大哥人不錯，幫我們協調車位。
