因天氣原因，造成航班調整，計劃入住的一位朋友不能確定何時到店，正在猶豫是否為他預留客房，但又怕超過免費退訂的時間，導致我已付款的房費不能退款滿心焦灼時，酒店負責接待的服務員迪拉幫我協調值班經理，同意我可先取消訂單，然後通過在前台直接預訂一間房，並可免費幫我預留到當晚21時，為我消除了顧慮。事雖小但暖人心！感謝迪拉的善意幫助👍
