The experience was really bad, which made me have to give a bad review. There were obvious hair strands on the lounge chairs on the floor and an unpleasant smell in the room, which caused me to have serious doubts about the cleanliness of the whole room, which seriously affected my stay. What makes people angry is the service attitude of the front desk staff. After finding that the hygiene is not clean, they gave feedback to the front desk to change the room. The front desk always showed an impatient attitude. After finding that the TV could not be used normally, they reflected the situation to the front desk. The front desk staff also showed great impatience, saying that they would wait for someone to work at 9:10 to check, but I waited until 12 and didn't wait for the maintenance staff. This perfunctory and irresponsible attitude is really annoying. As a high-end hotel with a high ranking, the health condition and service attitude are very dissatisfied, which is really not supposed to be. I had hoped for a comfortable rest and good service here, but the reality was far from what I expected.
