客觀評價:優點，設施都是新的，就在海邊，有戲水池，有餐飲，老闆服務好，包接送。缺點:家庭房窗簾衹有一片，早上很亮，影響睡眠；房間隔音一般，馬路上的車子聲音較大。

五月中旬來的廣鹿島，正是旅遊淡季，絕了啊！第一次住真的海景房，性價比高到離譜。坐床上就能看到窗外的大海，天氣好的時候，海天一色，都是湛藍的！景色沒的説！酒店特別乾淨，看着像是新裝修的，設施乾淨，床真的一點異味都沒有，我來大連四天，第一次睡到這種可以裸睡的床單！爽到爆！老闆人也很nice！！！

老闆很熱情有問題會詳細解答但是這家店水和電資源匱乏晚上電壓不穩，一排人屋子裡的電視機都冒煙，燈泡也冒煙，還把我們的充電器燒壞了第二天早上停水，問了什麼時候來水，告訴馬上，結果事實是得等兩個小時才能來水，都沒辦法洗漱島上一年也停不了幾次水和電吧
