I love the peaceful sense you get when you are here.🤩 The hotel is in a quiet area and a 20 minute car ride into Xuchang. The hotel is very clean! The staff are super friendly and very helpful, from the front desk to housekeeping. A child size set of toothbrush and slippers we're brought up for my nephew, without being asked for. I feel the hotel is considerate of guest of all ages. 😍 The lady in the fitness room went above and beyond to accommodate me by showing new around the pool area and getting the trainer for my question about a piece of gym equipment. The pool was temperatured well. The room was well cleaned. The bed was super comfy and had 2 pillow options. The shower felt amazing! There is a balcony on every room, I think. The landscape is beautiful to look at. I enjoyed the balcony view from my room then took a walk around the campus just for a closer look. Breakfast was good, as it was a basic and full Chinese buffet. The restaurant and room service are only open during certain hours and ordering Meituan/food delivery takes at least 45. Overall, i plan to stay again.

The service at 1203 is very good and very welcoming. If I forgot to pick up something when I left, the hotel will help me mail it to my home. It was a pleasant stay. The view from the room was great. The room was clean and smell-free. The transportation was very convenient. The hotel is very close to the high-speed rail and Angel City. The overall layout of the lobby is grand and the decoration is really good. There is tea service at the bar ~ and children's slippers are also provided. I won’t recommend this hostel unless they sincerely listen to my feedback and take prompt action to improve their standard and service. Here are a few tips to follow while booking your room base on my experience: All the room layouts and sizes are exactly the same, the only difference between them are openable windows and extra teaset. Their breakfast is Rey simple for the price, you can find much better options from a cross the road in PDL and for much better value. Although they mention that they can receive foreign guests, they rely on translation devices. But they don’t actually have trained English-speaking personnel. I have already reported hygiene, cleanliness and service issues to their management. And I hope they can improve.
